The objective of Practical Process Improvements is to deliver training and consulting services using an uncomplicated and results oriented approach. This is accomplished by understanding the desired improvement to be implemented and applying the correct method or combination of methods at the point of use. These methods include:
- Lean Six Sigma
- Theory of Constraints
- Root Cause Analysis
- ISO 9001/14001 Management Systems Implementation
- Process Mapping/Analysis/Simulation
- Process Documentation
- Change Management
- Project Management
- Customized Training
We cannot make lasting improvements unless we can communicate with everybody involved in the improvement effort. My approach is to use common language, real world examples, and practical applications, to teach and communicate process improvement methods to people from all backgrounds.
This approach of utilizing the correct improvement method while communicating with and engaging all involved is the key to achieving “Practical Process Improvements.”
